The present invention relates to a hybrid type waste disposal system using a vacuum pressure and an air blowing pressure capable of improving the efficiency of collecting waste by primarily collecting the small amount of food waste discharged from sinks of each house with the vacuum pressure safe and easy to control, suitable for disposing the small amount of waste, and providing a small sucking force and transferring the food waste collected from each house to a collection place at one go with the air blowing pressure with excellent transferring capacity and collecting normal waste at the same time. According to this, the present invention includes: food waste input devices installed in the sinks of each house; branch pipes connected to each food waste input device; a first standpipe where the multiple branch pipes meet and primarily collecting and storing the food waste inputted through the food waste input device by the vacuum pressure; a first transverse pipe connected to the lower part of the first stand pipe, collecting the food waste stored in the first standpipe by the air blowing pressure, and transferring the collected food waste to the collection place; the collection place connected to the first transverse pipe and collecting the transferred food waste; a vacuum pump connected to the first standpipe and providing the vacuum pressure to the branch pipes; and a first blowing device connected to the first transverse pipe and providing the air blowing pressure to the first transverse pipe.
