The present invention of the purpose is to provide a system to guide fuel-efficient driving capable of enabling a driver to be guided to fuel-efficient driving, a vehicle applied to the same, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to guide a driver to fuel efficient driving comprises: a vehicle to generate driving information depending on driving; a vehicle management server to store vehicle information and driver information of the vehicle by receiving the vehicle information and the driver information from the vehicle; a vehicle terminal to store the vehicle information and to transmit the driver information to the outside; and a business office management server to generate economical driving-evaluation information according to a fuel-efficient driving algorithm set by using the driving information.
