The entity visibility rules for online sales of items in one or more regions are then accessed. Thereafter, the item specified by the seller is determined to be affected by the specific entity visibility compliance rule in a particular area. The entity visibility setting can then be adjusted for that item information across the commerce system networked in that particular region, based on the specific entity visibility compliance rules.
