The present invention relates to a method for determining quantitative trait locus (QTL) linked to the culm length of recombinant inbred populations of Miryang 23 and Kiho, wherein the method comprises the steps of: determining single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) specific to Miryang 23 and Kiho; using a CAPS marker to select the SNP located of a restriction enzyme site including EcoRI, HindIII, PstI and XhoI; performing PCR using primers specific to the CAPS marker; preparing the genome map shown in Figure 3., by using the CAPS marker isolated from the PCR; and based on the prepared genome map, analyzing QTL linked to the culm length of the recombinant inbred population of Miryang 23 and Kiho.
