The present invention relates to a vegetation retaining wall block and a vegetation retaining wall constructing method. More specifically, the vegetation retaining wall bock (10) includes: a through-hole (11) vertically penetrated through a central part; an adjusting protrusion (13) protruding from one side of an upper part around the through-hole (11); and a locking protrusion (15) in the other side of the upper part around the through through-hole (11). A lower retaining wall (110) is formed by positioning the vegetation retaining wall blocks (10) at a position desired to prevent a soil discharge to allow the edges of the retaining wall blocks to meet each other and to allow the protrusions (13) to correspond to each other. An upper retaining wall (120) is formed by piling up the multiple retaining wall blocks (10) in the upper side of the lower retaining wall (110) to allow the protrusions (13) to correspond to each other by positioning the edges of each retaining block (10) to come into contact with each other and to position the protrusions (13) of the lower retaining walls (110) within the through-holes of the retaining wall blocks (10) of the upper retaining wall (120). Thus, vegetation spaces (121) are formed in the upper retaining wall (120). The vegetation retaining wall block is capable of maintaining its own purpose of the retaining wall and includes its own vegetation spaces at the same time, thus a separate vegetation space is not necessary. Moreover, the vegetation retaining wall block and the vegetation retaining wall constructing method are capable of improving economic efficiency and installing the retaining wall in a linear form or a curved form. Accordingly, the vegetation retaining wall block and the vegetation retaining wall constructing method are able to provide convenience for installation by having no limitation for installation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
