Provided in the present invention are: a kit for diagnosing resistance to antituberculous drugs; and a detection method of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. According to the present invention, the kit for diagnosing resistance to antituberculous drugs is capable of performing a test of sensitivity with respect to streptomycin, kanamycin, ofloxacin, isoniazid, and rifampin of tubercular bacillus in a rapid and accurate manner. Therefore, the kit for diagnosing resistance to antituberculous drugs can contribute to the effective treatment for a patient with tuberculosis, thereby efficiently blocking the spread of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
