Disclosed are an apple tree leaf diagnosing method capable of rapidly diagnosing an apple tree leaf in an apple farm; and an apple tree leaf diagnosing apparatus using the same. The apple tree leaf diagnosing method of the same comprises: a step of measuring a spectrum of a random apple tree leaf by photographing a reflected light reflected from the apple tree leaf; a step of extracting a diagnosis measurement value from the spectrum of the apple tree leaf; and a step of diagnosing that the apple tree leaf is in either one of the states of the apple tree leaf by comparing the diagnosis measurement value with a plurality of diagnosis reference values showing a plurality of apple tree leaf states. Like this, a farmer or a disease and pest monitoring person is able to easily and accurately check a state of a random apple tree leaf using the apple tree leaf diagnosis apparatus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
