The present invention has the purpose of providing a grouting apparatus having a backflow prevention function and a grouting construction method using the same apparatus. The grouting apparatus having the backflow preventing function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an external pipe provided with an excavation bit at the lowest end and injecting a first grouting material after excavation has been completed; an inner pipe arranged within the outer pipe, including a plug unit having one portion come into contact with the excavation bit to prevent additional movement and separating a space of an excavation hole from a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe when the first grouting material is injected and perforation water discharge holes discharging perforation water, flowing in when the excavation hole is formed, between the same and the outer pipe, and injecting a second grouting material after the excavation has been completed - at this time, the first grouting material is input into a space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe; and a piston installed at an inner side of the inner tube, installed between an upper interception block, mounted at an upper side of the inner pipe, and a lower interception block, mounted at a lower side of the inner pipe and having an upper part with a diameter less than an inner diameter of the upper interception block and a lower part having a diameter less than the inner diameter of the inner pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
