WATER LEVEL SENSOR CVD METHOD USING TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Disclosed is a CVD-type noncontact capacitance water level sensor using a temperature sensor to sense a level of liquid from outside a container which stores the liquid. The CVD-type noncontact capacitance water level sensor using a temperature sensor comprises: a temperature sensing unit to measure a temperature; a sensing unit which is a sensor pattern having one or more metal pads, and senses a water level from outside a water container in a noncontact manner; and a circuit unit to correct water level information sensed by the sensing unit by referring to the temperature, and output the water level information to the outside. The sensing unit and the circuit unit are integrated into a PCB substrate. The temperature sensor is used to apply an individual compensation method to each pattern to correct a capacitance value of the sensor pattern which is changed in accordance with a change in a surrounding environment and a temperature and measured to accurately sense the water level.
