The present invention relates to a food composition and a cosmetic composition for antioxidation comprising black sticky rice with giant embryos, a pulverized material thereof, or an extracted material thereof as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a composition comprising black sticky rice with giant embryos, a pulverized material thereof, or an extracted material thereof as an active ingredient has an antioxidant activity.
