The present invention relates to a dehydration process operating system for an LNG operation offshore structure and an operation method for the same, capable of: improving solubility of an electric drive element; reducing electricity consumption; and simplifying the scale of the dehydration process system operated in an LNG operation offshore structure. According to the present invention, the dehydration process operating system for an LNG operation offshore structure is a system for regenerating an adsorbent in a dehydration process of the LNG operation offshore structure. The dehydration for an LGN operation offshore structure includes: multiple adsorbers including the adsorbent; a heat source supply unit for providing a heat source of a high temperature to regenerate the adsorbent of the adsorbers; a heat source storage unit storing the heat source of the high temperature from the adsorber and providing the stored heat source to the heat source supply unit; a cooler for cooling the heat source passing through the heat source storage unit at a process temperature; and a gas and liquid separator separating gas and liquid of the heat source cooled by the cooler.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
