The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery pack capable of reducing manufacturing costs and increasing battery capacity. The present invention provides the battery pack comprising: a battery cell wherein positive and negative poles and an electrode assembly of a separation film placed between the positive and negative poles are mounted on a receiving unit of a battery case, sealing units by the thermosetting are formed on the outer circumference surface of the receiving unit, both side sealing units among the sealing units are vertically bent in the direction of the receiving unit, and positive and negative terminals are formed on the upper sealing unit; a PCM including a PCB wherein a protective circuit is formed, a terminal contact unit which is formed on the lower side of the PCB and is in contact with an electrode terminal of the battery cell, and a connector which is connected to one end of the top of the PCB and is electrically connected to the terminal contact unit; and an insulating and hot melting resin member which is solidified while being filled in a space between the upper side of the PCM and the upper and outer side of the receiving unit and in a space between both side sealing units of the battery cell and both outer sides of the receiving unit.
