The present invention relates to a pouch device for taking out finely cut laparoscopic surgical specimens and, more specifically, to a pouch device for taking out finely cut laparoscopic surgical specimens which is capable of: preventing a finely cut affected area from spreading into an abdominal cavity during the process of finely cutting and taking out the affected area from the abdominal cavity when the laparoscopic surgery is performed; and smoothly taking out the finely cut specimens from the abdominal cavity to the outside. The pouch device for taking out finely cut laparoscopic surgical specimens in accordance with the present invention comprises: a pouch unit (100) having an open side (110) through which a mass of tissue (70) resected from the affected area in the abdominal cavity can enter the abdominal cavity or be taken out to the outside, and formed to contract and expand; a tube unit (200) fixed and arranged on the inner surface of the pouch unit (100) and expanded by injecting air from the outside to the inside thereof so as to expand the pouch unit (100) together; an opening and closing unit (300) formed on the open side (110) so as to allow the open side (110) to be closed when the resected mass of tissue (70) enters the pouch unit (100) and to be opened when the resected mass of tissue (70) is taken out to the outside after being ground in the pouch unit (100); and a plurality of grinder entering units (400) formed on the pouch unit (100) by perforating the same so as to allow instruments for grinding the mass of tissue (70) to enter the pouch unit (100) from the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
