The present invention relates to a water quality measurement and water purification system in real time using a network to essentially prevent deterioration of the water pollution. The water quality measurement and water purification system in real time using a network comprises the steps of: measuring pH (hydrogen ion exponent) and turbidity of contamination substances introduced by a first water quality monitor (S10); comparing measured data values (S12); deciding the operation of water purification system after checking the contamination of the introduced water in the S12, and recording the measured data values by separate data (S14); secondarily measuring water quality when the introduced material is decided as a contamination substance (S16); transferring water pollution conditions by the water quality measurement data with images through a code division multiple access (CDMA) (S24); and driving an operation unit of the water purification system (S26).
