The present invention relates to a process for preparing a calcium phosphate-coated resorbable barrier membrane for promoting tissue regeneration. Although conventional products are prepared from chemical cross-linking treatments to increase the resorption period, the barrier membrane of the present invention is prepared by using an ultra-thin coating technology to coat the surface of a biomembrane with biocompatible calcium phosphate, and thereby provide a resorbable barrier membrane which promotes tissue regeneration and has a resorption period of three months or more, as required for periodontal surgery.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
