The present invention relates to a device to lock a combination structure of a stack for the discharge prevention of a drilling facility, capable of combining or separating a lower BOP stack and a lower marine riser package (LMRP) of a subsea BOP stack for discharge prevention to isolate an explosive fluid from an oil well by being combined with a well head in the oil well as the present invention comprises the LMRP and the lower BOP stack. Therefore, the present invention is capable of securing work safety and preventing the extension of a construction period by preventing the LMRP and the lower BOP stack, which form the stack for discharge prevention, from being randomly separated due to a manipulation error when the stack for discharge prevention is lifted up and down.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
