摘要

The present invention relates to a battery pack and a charging station for charging the same, capable of shortening charging time and reducing an unnecessary energy loss. The battery pack comprises: a battery module having battery cells or unit modules electrically connected therein; a battery management system (BMS) detecting overdischarging, overcharging, overvoltage and overcurrent in order to control the battery module; an external input/output terminal formed on the BMS to electrically connect with an external device; and a charging terminal electrically connected to a power input/output terminal of the battery module and directly charging the battery module by electrical connection with an external charger. When charging by the external charger, the battery module directly receives charging power in the power input/output terminal of the battery module through the charging terminal by bypassing the BMS.
