The present invention relates to an image encoding process through parallel computing. According to the present invention, a fast image parallelization process is efficiently conducted by using a method for scheduling an encoding image area based on a screen switching sensing process. According to the present invention, a video encoding method comprises: a step of sensing a state when a video image screen is switched; a step of determining an encoding schedule; a step of determining an encoding reference structure; and a step of performing a fast image encoding process.
