The present invention relates to an operation system of a nuclear reactor and an operation method of a nuclear reactor using the same. According to the present invention, the operation system of a nuclear reactor includes: a display unit representing a state of a power plant device and an object to be controlled; a mouse controlling a cursor displayed on the display unit; and a control unit displaying a motion of the mouse on the display unit and changing an operation state of the power plant device according to the control of the mouse. The mouse includes a frictional force control unit controlling frictional force when the mouse is moved. The control unit controls the frictional force control unit such that the frictional force decreases as the cursor goes nearer to the object to be controlled.
