The present invention relates to an optical apparatus using Bessel beam and a cutting apparatus using the same. An optical apparatus using Bessel beam according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an Axicon lens including an incident surface upon which a laser beam is incident and an emitting surface through which the incident laser beam is emitted; and an image lens disposed at an side of the emitting surface of the Axicon lens while being spaced apart from the emitting surface, the image lens for increasing energy density of the Bessel beam emitted through the Axicon lens. According to the present invention, when a working target object is cut by using the optical apparatus using Bessel beam, even though a thickness of the working target object is varied, a focus depth may be adjusted by controlling a magnification of the image lens so that various working target objects may be treated by using one optical apparatus.
