The present invention relates to a padeye formed in a lifting structure in lifting work using a crane. In lifting work for a reinforced member, when angle change in a padeye is needed in accordance with a lifting work condition, an angle of the padeye is properly adjusted by rotating a circular pipe in which the padeye is formed, thereby reducing materials and production hours to remanufacture the padeye as the position of the padeye is changed.
