The present invention relates to a vehicle having a gaze recognizing function, a control method thereof, and a gaze recognizing system. The vehicle having a gaze recognizing function comprises a transmitting device, a receiving device and a control part. The transmitting device is detachably installed on the clothes of a driver as well as glasses of the driver and generates a gaze recognizing signal having at least differentiated one among a pattern, a wavelength, strength and a light emitting time. The receiving device includes multiple signal detection sensors, receives a gaze recognizing signal transmitted from the transmitting device to analyze the received gaze recognizing signal, and detects a change in the gaze of the driver to determine the direction of the gaze of the driver. The control part performs the function of a device in the vehicle, which matches the direction of the gaze of the driver, the direction detected by the receiving device. Compared to a conventional technique, the gaze of the driver can be recognized with low costs.
