WOT BASED HOME ENERGY MORNITORING METHOD AND APPARATUS PERFORMING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a WoT-based home energy monitoring apparatus which is connected to a system management station for managing a power generation station, wherein the connection is performed through a communication network varying according to the system management station. The WoT-based home energy monitoring apparatus comprises: a station connection unit for performing the connection with the system management station for managing the power generation station; a power information model generation unit for receiving power information including power production or consumption from the station connection unit to generate a power information model according to the received power information through a formal language; and a web service unit for dynamically adapting the power information model to a web service framework to provide a web service-enabled device with the power information model. Therefore, the WoT-based home energy monitoring apparatus can provide the web service-enabled device with the power information model generated by agreement of a data format and a communication protocol.
