The present invention relates to a carbonic acid gas leak prevention device having a function of automatically opening and closing the air supply of liquor and carbonated drink bottles, which is inserted into an opened entrance of a drink bottle to maintain an initial carbonic acid gas state when keeping the remaining beer or carbonated drink for a long time without recapping the drink bottle or when drinking the remaining beer or carbonated drink again after a long time, thereby maintaining the distinctive aroma and taste of carbonic acid. A content outlet is formed on one side of a gas leak prevention body, and an automatic air inlet is formed on the other side of the gas leak prevention body. An air inlet blocking ball is separated from a content passing hole of the content outlet to naturally discharge content in the drink bottle to the outside, and air introduced from the the outside through the automatic air inlet flows into the drink bottle through an air access hole of a stopper silicon valve which is automatically opened by a pressure difference. An outlet cover having a content outlet hole and an inlet cover having an air inlet hole are detachably coupled to the open top sides of the content outlet and the automatic air inlet, respectively. A valve support for operating the stopper silicon valve is coupled to the bottom of the gas leak prevention body.
