The present invention relates to a method to control magnetic survey data obtained through a three-axis magnetic survey system. A three-axis magnetic survey system controls an error of magnetic survey data generated by an alignment error of components configuring the three-axis magnetic survey system in order to obtain a reliable three-axis magnetic survey data. The method to control magnetic survey data obtained through the three-axis magnetic survey system comprises: a step of collecting a survey measurement value; a step of converting the survey measurement value into N, E, Z component values; a step of calculating a deflection angle and a magnetic inclination; a step of calculating the deflection angle and the magnetic inclination from the measurement values of the three components; a step of deriving a control value; and a step of applying the derived control valve to the survey data of the three-axis magnetic survey system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
