The present invention relates to a center-pillar inner panel manufacturing device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a center-pillar inner panel manufactured by the manufacturing method, capable of solving a crease problem for formation and a burr direction problem for trimming. More specifically, the center-pillar inner panel manufacturing device comprises: a lower die installed in an upper part of a lower support of which an upper surface is curved downwards; an upper black holder installed in each of both ends of a lower die to fixate both ends of a blank material; an upper draw punch of which both ends are fixated to a lower surface of an upper support where a central part protrudes downwards, and of which the lower surface is convexly curved downwards to be matched with the upper surface of the lower die; and a draw punch pressure source moving the upper draw punch up and down.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
