A method of intelligently searching a medical image according to the present invention includes an existing readout document indexing step of indexing an existing readout document; an existing readout document storing step of storing the indexed readout document; a new readout document inputting step of inputting a new readout document through a user interface; and a similar readout document searching step of searching the existing readout document of a similar symptom by using the similarity of a patients symptom. So, exiting readout documents or papers related to medical images can be easily searched in real time.
