The present invention is formed to include a wire for restoration work in a tong crane and make the wire move up and down by the control of a controller. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing problems in a work process by quickly performing restoration work when a slab accidently falls while a tong crane moves the slab. Moreover, in order to perform restoration work, a worker does not need to hang a wire on the tong crane in person but controls the controller to move the wire to the bottom. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents during the restoration work. The present invention includes: a support frame installed to be elevated; and a wire drum including a wire.
