The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles of an idle stop and go type, to inform a user of a forced release of an idle stop and go (ISG) mode when the vehicle is released from the ISG mode while the vehicle is stationary, to prevent a user from getting confused about the forced release of the ISG mode. According to the present invention, the air conditioning system for the automotive vehicles of the ISG type is provided to stop an engine, an air conditioner and a heater by entering the ISG mode when stopping the vehicle, to restart the engine, the air conditioner and the heater by forcedly releasing the ISG mode when driving the vehicle, and to restart the engine, the air conditioner and the heater by forcedly releasing the ISG mode even when the vehicle is stationary when a predefined release condition is satisfied to forcedly release the ISG mode after entering ISG mode. The air conditioning system comprises: a control unit to transmit a forced release alarming signal when forcedly releasing the ISG mode after entering the ISG mode; and an alarming means for forced release of the ISG mode to alarm the user the forced release of the ISG mode by transmitting a predefined signal, upon receiving the forced release alarming signal from the control unit.
