The present invention relates to a system for analyzing an intersection operating condition in real time by using a mobile terminal and a cloud service, and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a real time analysis system capable of efficiently performing a traffic situation analysis by collecting intersection site conditions by using a mobile terminal in real time and a method thereof. The system comprises: an investigator terminal receiving intersection site information; and an analysis server collecting the intersection site information from the investigator terminal to analyze the collected information. The method comprises the following steps: receiving intersection site information; analyzing the intersection site information to generate a report; and transmitting the generated report to an investigator terminal and a PC of a person in charge.
