The objective of the present invention is to provide an ocean circulation analysis method for coastal areas, a system for the same, and a computer-readable recording medium to store the generated analysis data. According to the present invention, the ocean circulation analysis system for coastal areas includes: a grid composition module which divides an analysis target sea area into a first grid, a second grid, and a third grid, which compose a triangle, using an irregular finite volume coastal ocean model (FVCOM); a numerical weather model which provides weather data about the analysis target sea area; an ocean circulation model which provides water temperature, salinity, sea current, and sea surface height data for the entire sea area of the earth; an ocean tide model which tide data for the entire sea are of the earth; and an ocean circulation analysis model which scales down the tide data of the first grid received from the ocean tide model and the water temperature, salinity, sea current, and sea surface height data received from the ocean circulation model, calculates ocean circulation analysis data of the second grid using the weather data received from the numerical weather model, and calculates ocean circulation analysis data of the third grid by nesting the ocean circulation analysis data of the second grid.
