A structure of a vehicle to escort the disabled person operable in a special terrain helps the disabled person move on a special terrain on which the disabled person cannot move using existing wheelchairs, using an internal balance weight and various hydraulic systems without a separate device, notifies a related institution when the disabled person has an emergency and requests a rescue to the related institution while escorting the disabled person to enable the rescue when the disabled person is located in a zone in which the rescue is impossible. An emergency alarming device (102), a front cover (104), a rear cover (106), two pairs of right and left main supports (200), and four pairs of supports (202) are attached to a main seat and internal balancing device (100). The emergency alarming device (102) and the front cover (104) are received in the main seat and internal balancing device (100). The main seat and internal balancing device (100) is in a typical chair shape, and a degree of fixation thereof can vary according to users. Eight wheel supports and hydraulic systems (300) are present in a lower end of the main seat and the internal balancing device (100), and caterpillars (400) are attached to the four sets of wheel supports and hydraulic systems (300). The structure helps the disabled person to move in a place in which facilities are not provided, and can minimize costs in an institution in which related facilities cannot be provided, thus providing convenience for the disabled person.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
