PROBIOTICS FOR FEED ADDITIVES USING A PALM OIL MESOCARP, METHOD FOR PREPARING, AND UTILIZING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for preparing probiotics for feed additives using a mesocarp by-product of palm, comprising: a hydrolysis step for obtaining mesocarp hydrolysate through hydrolysis of palm mesocarp which is a by-product of a palm oil preparing process by using an enzyme; a microorganism culture step for preparing a microorganism culture fluid by adding a microorganism seed to the mesocarp hydrolysate; a microorganism culture fluid drying step for drying the microorganism culture fluid to prepare a dried product; and a probiotics preparing step for crushing the dried product to prepare probiotics for feed additives. The present invention also relates to probiotics for feed additives using a mesocarp by-product of palm prepared thereby. Therefore, a predetermined amount of the prepared probiotics is mixed with livestock feed to suppress disease occurrence of livestock.
