The present invention relates to a toilet for the elder, the infirm, and the disabled, which enables the elder and the inform having weak strength in the lower body or the sick and the disabled having inconvenience of moving on the lower body to easily seat on the toilet or stand up from the toilet while easily maintaining body balance without devoting much energy; and helps the elder, the infirm, the sick, and the disabled to relieve oneself through an action maintaining the body to relatively be comfortable during processes of seating on the toilet and relieving oneself. The toilet for the elder, the infirm, and the disabled comprises: a main body formed at a height appropriate to seat, having a bowl formed to receive waste; and a pedestal and a cover combined to be able to rotate on an upper part of the main body. The present invention includes a support extended upwards at a height higher than the pedestal from the right lateral side of the main body, wherein one end is combined to be able to rotate with a pair of lateral handle bars arranged in a horizontal direction of the main body by being individually connected with the extended front end of the right side support, and any one handle bar between the pair of lateral handle bars. The present invention enables comfortable relief as the pedestal does not move by installing a saw-toothed wheel between two parts of the pedestal and being fixated by a shaft by being interlocked when adding a load on an upper side; and is useful as children are able to safely relieve themselves without falling between the two parts of the pedestal as the pedestal becomes smaller or wider, appropriate to the size, by recognizing the size of the hip.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
