The present invention relates to a leg coupled with a fixed stand (1) provided for a fishing seat frame (P) and providing height adjustment with respect to a ground surface. The present invention includes: a hollow main leg (10) vertically slidably coupled with one side of the fixed stand (1) and provided with a slide groove (11) on an outer peripheral surface; a hollow adjustment leg (20) vertically slidably coupled with an outer peripheral surface of the main leg (10) and provided with a through-hole (21) at a lower end; a hollow auxiliary leg (30) vertically slidably coupled inside the main leg (20) and provided with multiple adjustment holes (31) on an outer peripheral surface; first adjustment means mounted by being interposed on the through-hole (21) of the adjustment leg (20) and performing height adjustment by fastening and pressurization with respect to the adjustment hole (31) of the auxiliary leg (30); and second adjustment means respectively mounted in the main leg (10) and the adjustment leg (20) and performing height adjustment by using a handle (55). According to the present invention, the leg can be quickly and conveniently supported from the seat regardless of various outdoor ground surfaces, and thus utility and universality can be improved. In addition, the height of the seat can be finely adjusted, and thus use of convenience is excellent, precision level can be performed, and stability can be improved based on leg shaking prevention.
