The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for managing the temperature of an electric power facility, wherein an optimal operating environment can be provided by recovering heat generated from a heat-generating device on the scene of an electric power facility and providing the heat to a device needing heat generation. Disclosed is a system for managing the temperature of an electric power facility. Provided is a system for managing the temperature of an electric power facility, comprising: a first temperature sensor arranged on a heat-needing device to measure a temperature; a first ventilation part arranged on a first path for allowing a heat-generating device and the heat-needing device to communicate with each other, and adjusting an air flow toward the heat-needing device from the heat-generating device; a first opening and closing part arranged adjacently to the first ventilation part to adjust the quantity of the air flow; and a control part for operating the first ventilation part if the temperature of the first temperature sensor is lower than a preset first reference temperature, and adjusting the opening degree of the first opening and closing part depending on a difference between the temperature of the first temperature sensor and the first reference temperature.
