The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus for a three-phase alternating current power, and an LED lighting system having the same. More specifically, disclosed are an LED lighting apparatus for a three-phase alternating current power which can be sequentially driven by being directly connected to a three-phase alternating power source by using a three-phase rectifying unit for outputting rectifying voltage rippling at a level higher than or equal to the minimum voltage level by full-wave rectifying the three-phase alternating current power; and an LED lighting system having the same.
