The present invention relates to a scraper to remove dross formed on a surface of a roll and a scrapping apparatus using the same and, more specifically, relates to a dual-type scraper, a method for removing dross using the same, and an scrapping apparatus and a method, which can improve durability of the scraper, by having the scrapper which includes a blade of which hardness is high with a moving type in a conventional scrapper, removing dross abnormally intensively attached to manufacture a steel sheet having higher quality, and including composition to absorb higher pressure when the higher pressure is applied to the scrapper compared to a predetermined pressure.
