The present invention relates to a bidirectional station system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, physical network coding (PNC) and a bidirectional transmission scheme of two steps wherein user terminals perform transmission at the same time by using SFBC technology are applied. Therefore, both time efficiency of PNC and diversity of SFBC can be obtained in a circumstance where acquisition of a feedback path is difficult or acquisition of channel information is difficult as reversibility is not reliable.
