The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device (OLED), a light extraction substrate for the OLED, and an OLED including the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an OLED, a light extraction substrate for an OLED, and an OLED including the same, which increase light extraction efficiency of the OLED and, in particular, reduce process costs. To this end, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing the light extraction substrate for the OLED, the light extraction substrate for the OLED, and the OLED including the same, in which the method for manufacturing the light extraction substrate for the OLED includes: a mixture preparation step of preparing a mixture by mixing a plurality of thermoplastic polymers to a metal oxide nano dispersions; a mixture coating step of coating the mixture on a base substrate; and a mixture plasticizing step of plasticizing the coated mixture. A plurality of the thermoplastic polymers are gasified during the mixture plasticizing step. When the mixture plasticizing step being completed, the metal oxide nano dispersions is formed as a matrix layer, and closed pores are formed at positions, in the matrix layer, which were occupied by the thermoplastic polymers before the gasification.
