According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method of generating a farming diary by a greenhouse operating apparatus. The method of generating a farming diary by a greenhouse operating apparatus includes: a step of receiving information on species of a plant to be cultivated in a greenhouse from a user; a step of determining a second farming diary corresponding to the species of the plant of the pre-stored first farming diaries; and a step of generating a third farming diary corresponding to a plant to be cultivated in a greenhouse based on at least one item included in the predetermined second farming diary. Therefore, the greenhouse operating apparatus and the method of generating a farming diary can allow a user to conveniently fill out a farming diary, share cultivation know-how with other users, and increase crop yield.
