The present invention provides a voltage stabilizing device of a battery discharging circuit, including: a voltage comparison unit comparing a difference between a voltage of a DC microgrid and a discharge voltage of a battery; at least one DC-DC converter connected between the DC microgrid and the battery; a control unit generating a control signal controlling the connection of at least one added DC-DC converter based on the difference between the voltages; and at least one switch connecting the at least one added DC-DC converter between AC-DC converter included in the DC microgrid and the DC-DC converter.
