The present invention relates to a micro-fibrous conjugate fiber assembly and a method of manufacturing thereof, and more specifically, to a micro-fibrous conjugate fiber assembly introducing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) short fibers to melt-blown conjugate fibers with bulky properties to enhance adhesive properties and sound-absorbing properties, a method of manufacturing thereof, and sound-absorbing materials containing the same.
