The present invention relates to a biomarker for early diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus through proteins derived from a human body. More specifically, the present invention relates to early type 2 diabetes mellitus-related a protein marker. In addition, the protein marker can be helpfully used as a biomarker or a diagnostic kit for the early type 2 diabetes mellitus and as a screening target for developing a therapeutic agent. Further, chronic metabolic complications such as cardiovascular complications and microvascular complications can be prevented.
