The present invention provides a rotorcraft rotor with a hub (2) formed of a monolithic body (14) made of a composite material obtained by stacking continuous layers of carbon fiber fabric which is compressed at high heat, and on which thermoplastic resin is sprinkled. The hub (2) includes strength embers (12) which radially support branches (9), respectively. Also, the branches (9), on which each blade is mounted through a hinge system, are provided. When a rotor is set to be rotated at predetermined operation speed, the strength members (12) are individually received in sockets (13) defined to provide a cylindrical bearing surface by a radial thrust seat (16) that lets the strength members (12) support the branches (9) when manufactured. In regards to this, the radial thrust sheet has a shape complementary to the cylindrical bearing surface of a corresponding strength member (12).
