The sustained-release formulation for preventing or treating swine Salmonella typhimurium infection and PRRS virus has an immune enhancing effect for a long lasting with respect to Salmonella typhimurium infection and PRRS virus after injecting honeybee venom, wherein the honeybee venom is encapsulated in a biodegradable polymer.
