The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating autosomal dominant polycystic kidney diseases and, more specifically, relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating diseases or preventing polycystic kidney diseases, comprising the fusion protein of Atox1 protein which can be penetrated to the inside of the polycystic kidney disease cells. Provided in the present invention is a protein therapeutic agent, which is effective by selecting proteins for inhibiting Erk and by using the protein penetrating technology.
