Disclosed are a cloud streaming service system, a message-based image cloud streaming service method, and an apparatus therefor. A cloud streaming server detects a changed area from a web application execution screen to generate an animation message and a capture image. When the capture image and the animation message are transmitted to a user terminal device, the terminal device is configured to apply an animation effect to the capture image to conduct a still-image based cloud streaming service, wherein the capture image is encoded through a still image encoding method by using a still image compression method. Therefore, unnecessary animation processing procedures in the cloud streaming server are reduced, thereby increasing the number of web containers which may be operated in a server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
