The present invention relates to a sulfonic acid group-induced zirconium-based metal-organic framework and a manufacturing method thereof. The sulfonic acid group-induced zirconium-based metal-organic framework is represented by chemical formula 1, [Zr_6O_4(OH)_4(C_8H_4O_10S_2)_6]m, has excellent proton conductivity, and exhibits long-term stability with respect to the proton conductivity.
