A method for cultivating Auricularia auricula-judae according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium comprising corncobs, wheat bran, cottonseed hull, gypsum, urea, calcium, and sulfur; a step of putting the culture medium into a culture container, sealing the culture container containing the culture medium, heating the culture container to sterilize the culture medium, and cooling the heated culture container to cool the culture medium; a step of inoculating Auricularia auricula-judae spawns into the cooled culture medium; a step of performing a dark cultivation process on the Auricularia auricula-judae spawns to cultivate mycelia; a step of performing a bright cultivation process on the Auricularia auricula-judae mycelia passed through the dark cultivation process; and a step of putting the culture container comprising the mushroom mycelia into cultivation facilities to cultivate the mushroom mycelia into mushrooms.
